Position Summary: Under the direction of the Administrator, the Maintenance Director ensures Care Center building(s) equipment, grounds and utilities are functionally safe, clean, orderly and maintained in accordance with Care Center policies.
Essential Functions | Mandatory Requirements: Directand assist in daily Care Center operations. Communicate, mentor, train staff regarding structural/electrical/maintenance related safety protocol, processes and disaster planning. Maintain records, manage budget and supplies involved with Care Center maintenance. Ensure equipment and work areas are clean, safe and orderly at all times. Perform minor repairs directly associated with structural, electrical and maintenance related concerns. Attend, conduct and actively participate in staff orientation, training and ongoing in-service education. Understand, comply and promote all rules associated with residents rights, building codes. Other related duties assigned.
