Shift Details
- Rotating schedule
- Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM + Saturday | 9 AM - 5 PM
- Pay | $15.50 per hour
Requirements | Must be bilingual in Spanish and call center/customer service experience is preferred
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for efficiently managing call logs, assisting customers with a positive and professional demeanor, building long-lasting relationships, and accurately identifying and resolving customer concerns. Strong verbal and written communication skills are key to succeeding in this role. If you have what it takes, this job is perfect!
