Americinn Lodge & Suites - Aberdeen Front Desk Clerk in Aberdeen, South Dakota
Americinn Aberdeen is looking for a PT Front Desk Clerk to work swing shift each week. Weekends are a must. Normal shifts are from 7am-3pm and 3pm -11pm. Qualification:
- Must have great customer service
- basic computer knowledge
- strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- problem solving
- must be organized.
- Candidate will also need to show that they are reliable.
Duties:
- Performing all check in and check out tasks
- Managing online and phone reservations
- Registering guests
- Provide information about the property and area
- Respond to guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with guests as to what their needs are
