We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Services Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai .
What you’ll do:
As a Cybersecurity services Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for the generation of incremental OT cybersecurity and risk advisory consulting business by identifying new sales leads and project opportunities with Eaton Services and prospecting for new opportunities within existing client accounts and industry verticals. This role requires knowledge of IT/OT Security programs, including IT/OT Security Strategy, OT Security Operations, Security Training and Awareness, IT/OT General Controls Compliance and Audit Management and OT Risk. The Cybersecurity Services Business Development will be driving sales growth of Cybersecurity Services in Middle East as primely focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the commercial and technical strategy for cybersecurity services to Eaton’s customers
Drive business development, forecast accuracy, and achieve strategic goals by leading key customers through the entire business cycle for Cybersecurity Services
Manage, Grow and Execute on a pipeline of new and existing accounts and opportunities for CS
Achieve annual sales target defined for Cybersecurity services in Middle East territories.
Develop business plans and strategies to expand service offerings within key accounts.
Partners with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit service business in the Cybersecurity Services area
Participate in the development of account plans and goals with Account Managers and other team members for CS services
Develop and conduct presentations on key aspects of OT cybersecurity and demonstrate Eaton’s thought leadership on advanced topics
Identify and evaluate technologies and partners that can increase Eaton’s capabilities to address customer ICS/OT cybersecurity challenges and drive revenue growth for Eaton products and services.
Participate in the RFP/RFI process to position the company’s services against competitors.
Identifies new service business opportunities and acts as the leader for promoting the implementation together with Country Services Sales Managers and Key Accounts team.
Able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals for Cybersecurity Services
Actively seeks out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and helps the company attaining his challenging goals.
Assume lead and/or support role in cybersecurity assigned projects (e.g. RFP responses, presentation, consulting etc.) ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Support execution of a broad range of full lifecycle cybersecurity services for ICS and SCADA environments, for Eaton’s clients, including risk assessments, design, consulting, commissioning, hardening, solution deployment (e.g. industrial cybersecurity monitoring), and training and generation of associated security documentation.
Travel to customer sites to support the above activities
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and maintain go to market strategies around Operation Security, Data Privacy, OT Compliance, OT Risk and Data Governance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer science, Computer [Cyber]Security, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable degree.
Strong experience in business development for the services of at least 5-7 years
5+ years of experience selling cybersecurity services at customer sites, preferably in ICS environments, including threat modeling, cybersecurity assessments and associated risk management, security appliance integration, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and deployment of monitoring solutions.
3+ years of experience analyzing cybersecurity vulnerability risk tool results (including DoD SCAP and OVAL) or Nessus
3+ years of experience with ICS networking including configuration and hardening of switches, routers, and firewalls
5+ years of experience designing and implementing ICS and OT systems (e.g. DCS, SCADA, BAS, BMS, EPMS) and familiarity with SCADA protocols, communication, and technologies (Modbus, BACnet, DNP3, IEC-61850, Cellular communication, LAN, WAN, VPN, PLCs, VFDs, UPSs)
1+ years of experience hardening Windows and Linux assets
Skills:
Familiar with industry relevant cybersecurity standards and best practices including UL-2900, IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, , NERC CIP, CIS CSC
Understanding of security software solutions (IPS, Firewall, application firewalls, device security, encryption, etc.)
Experience in cloud security
Experience designing security solutions for distributed systems.
Experience with Substation, Microgrid, Smart Grid, and distributed energy systems"
Ability to influence and work with various technical leads in different organizations.
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities.
Ability to interface directly with executives and other senior leaders of different business units.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts and present to business unit leaders and customers.
Ability to foster collaboration across global development teams.
Abreast of upcoming security development engineering tools, trends, and methodologies.
Strong problem solving and reasoning ability, exhibiting technical innovation and creative solutions.
Ability to lead and manage diverse areas and large, complex projects
