Position: Quality and Accreditation Manager
Job Status: Full Time; Monday - Friday
Required Skills:
Responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the Quality Management System are implemented and maintained; planning, implementing, and managing quality improvement.
Responsible for DNV hospital compliance and accreditation activities to enhance the quality of patient care.
Improve work processes and procedures.
Responsible for the development of departmental policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
Highly organized with the ability to handle simultaneous multiple assignments and frequent interruptions.
Self-motivated, critical thinking with initiative and ability to pro-actively identify opportunities and take action.
Qualifications:
Three to five years' experience in a healthcare setting with exposure to quality management or accreditation standards.
Three years' experience in a Healthcare Quality position is preferred
RN License or bachelor's degree in a healthcare field required (in good standing for the State of Michigan).
