Fire Fab Shift Supervisor

Manage approximately 110 employees ensuring production and quality requirements are met while maintaining the safest working environment possible.

• You as the Fabrication Shop Manager are responsible for all Floor Supervisors and all Fabricators.

• Safety is the priority

• Understand NFPA 13, 7.5.2.4.8

• Providing a clean and productive work environment

• Be sure entire facility is operating in an efficient and safe manner to limit cost of facility maintenance.

• Control cost

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of supervisory experience in fabrication.

• Production or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong verbal communication skills required.

• Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office.

• Ability to motivate various individuals to complete the required tasks.

• Experience training employees who have different learning methods.

• Smartsheet experience.

• Experience in quality control.

• Good human resource skills.

• Highest level of integrity.

• A commitment to the overall success of the Shambaugh Fire Protection group.
