CVS Health Financial Change Senior Manager in WORK FROM HOME, Arizona
As the Financial Change Senior Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the Financial Change Order process. You and your team will provide critical support one of our key goals: to monitor and address financial risks with our clients proactively and with transparency. Your team will be responsible for the triage and communication of the financial impact of client elected changes (Utilization Management, Formulary, Product, ect.) outside of a pricing event. You and your team will have significant impact to our bottom line and will be responsible for building and maintaining business rules and process for ensuring client change requests are financially assessed before implementation. Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Evaluating the areas of impact of various change requests submitted by sales or others on specific clients- Collaborating with internal partners to determine which changes are likely impactful or not- Documenting standard operating procedures and approval flows- Building and maintaining a technology solution to efficiently route these requests- Coaching, developing, and mentoring a growing teamTo be successful, you will need to ensure we are maintaining our existing controls, while developing improvements and enhancements to the program. - 7 + years’ experience in analytics, a process improvement role or with the creation/optimization of business rules* 2+ years' experience of management experience, either directly or indirectly managing a team

- Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred* Prior experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processes* Experience coaching and mentoring a diverse group of colleagues both on your immediate team and in other departments* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow up skills* Experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis* Ability to interact with all level of management, including VPs and executives* Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups
- Bachelor’s Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or other related field required* Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be considered
