Centene Corporation Office Services Clerk in Woodland Hills, California
Position Purpose: Provides specialized clerical and administrative support to a department or function. Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes a general understanding of other departmental functions.
Keep accurate records.
Track all court referrals, log and send reminder letters.
Answer telephones, assist callers, take messages and schedule/reschedule appointments.
Copy, file, and prepare orders for office supplies and forms.
Enter and maintain client specific information into client database.
Prepare and reconcile daily files for client activities.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in related area. Knowledge of general office/administrative functions including basic level of conceptual skills, computer and office experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred if supporting Spanish program preferred.
