In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Accountable for all R&D activities in the field bio-polymers and bio-monomers

  • Driving all R&D activities on the field of bio-polymers and bio-monomers and ensuring that short term and long-term goals are met

  • Prioritizing strategic development projects

  • Build strong relationship with universities and other technical stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain our IP portfolio in field of bioplastics

  • Present at technical conferences and eventually write technical papers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical background in bio-polymer production processes and chemistry

  • Resilience in developing new technologies

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Willingness to create an impact in our society
