About this role:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for Trust Services and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

  • Provide training for all levels of Fiduciary Specialists on initiatives and also train newly hired Fiduciary Specialists on processes, procedures and systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of the Trust and Fiduciary processes, procedures and controls

  • Ability to implement approaches and strategize to help drive change and adoption of change

  • Experience working on mid to large business line strategic initiatives

  • Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration

  • Ability to review trust agreement documents and ensure bank compliance

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

  • ‚ÄčCertified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA)

  • A BS/BA degree or higher (such as JD/LLM) in law or trust and wealth management

Salary range is determined by the location of the job

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NV-Las Vegas: 84,000-149,400 USD Annual

PA-Philadelphia: 92,400.00 - 164,400 USD Annual

DE-Wilmington: 92,400.00 - 164,400 USD Annual

TX-Austin: 84,000-149,400 USD Annual

CA-Long Beach: 92,400.00 - 164,400 USD Annual

MN-Minneapolis: 84,000-149,400 USD Annual

NC-Winston Salem: 84,000-149,400 USD Annual

May be considered for discretionary bonus.
