Our Family Caring for Yours-: Join our family of healthcare professionals at Wickliffe Country Place !: Job Details: * Full time Monday through Friday (plus on call rotation) shift available * FDA Approved COVID-19 Vaccine Available * For the health and safety of our staff and residents we prefer to hire individuals that have been vaccinated or upon hire agree to be vaccinated against COVID-19: IND1: Summary: The primary purpose of the RN Staff Development Coordinator is to plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs and orientation throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.: We are seeking an experienced and reliable professional Registered Nurse to assume these responsibilities along with providing team-oriented support with the Director of Nursing in the day-to-day nursing department schedule.: Education and Experience: · Graduate from an approved school with an active RN Licenses is required. · CPR Instruction Certification is preferred · Experience with On-shift, Kronos Excel spreadsheets preferred · 2 years of related work experience required · Excellent organization communication skills required · Ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure with excellent customer service skills.: Why Legacy Health Services?: Healthcare is a calling and being part of a family owned and operated company that will invest in YOU will turn that calling into a career.
