Looking to hire 8 full-time Temporary Seasonal Servers. Start Date 04/17/2025 - 01/17/2025, and will be responsible for: Ensure all guests receive a Five Star/Five Diamond experience. Approach and acknowledge all guest in a friendly, warm & welcoming manner in accordance with Greenbrier standards. Escorts and offers chair/napkin assistance in the arrival and seating of guests. Articulate all courses including full knowledge of all offerings & preparation methods. Place/Serve beverage & food orders. Make & serve coffee, tea, espresso, etc. Clearing of all courses. Six (6) months of restaurant or private club required. One worksite located at 101 Main Street West, White Sulpher Springs, WV, no other worksites. On-the-job-training is provided. $13.33/hr & OT at $20.0/hr.T his is a tipped position; workers will receive min. wage $6.13/hr. No employee will make less than $13.25/hr (combined hourly wage plus tips). If there is shortfallin tip earnings employer will pay the difference. Employees will keep all tips except for contribution to a tip-pool for qualifying tipped emplyees. All wages will be paid bi-weekly. Schedule is 35 hours per week. Work Schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours and shifts vary. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. If the worker completes 50% of the work contracted period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon Completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $14.00 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees). Housing: If hired company is willing to facilitate housing accommodations through a third party. Housing is limited to the peroid of time of temporary employment which is no more thane nine (9) months and is on a first come first serve basis. Cost of housing, if accepted is up to $80.00/wk or $160.00/bi-weekly or $160.00/wk or $320.00/bi-weekly for a single non-shared room (if avaliable). If housing is utilized, an agreement for housing will be required. Security deposit of $0.00 is required. Housing is consider hostel style and not apartment facilities. Transportation provided. |
