Job Summary:

Join our passionate team and we’ll train you on all aspects of ski and snowboard rentals - no experience required! As a Rental Associate, you will provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

• WB Rentals - Blackcomb Springs Suites, Affinity Rentals - Blackcomb Lodge, WB Rentals - Delta Whistler Village Suites, Affinity Rentals - Clock Tower, Affinity Rentals - Glacier Lodge, Affinity Rentals - Pan Pacific, Affinity Rentals - White Glove

• Summit Sport, WB Rentals - Aspens Lodge, Blackcomb Alpine Demo, Test, Repair Center, Whistler Alpine Demo, Test, Repair Center

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Hours available

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our ski/snowboard retail shops

• Fit guests with ski and snowboard equipment - we'll train you!

• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard

• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales, or other departments

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends

• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service

• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English

A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities

• Retail Rental operations

• Food and Beverage Support

• Ticket sales or scanning

• Lift Operations

• Base Area Operations
