Staples Assistant Store Manager in Westminster, Colorado

As a Retail Sales Manager (i.e. Assistant Store Manager), you will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while leading a fun, team-oriented retail culture. You’ll drive sales in our retail, technical services portfolio and business-to-business network. Your team will focus on customer’s needs while helping them find products, providing answers & solutions, and creating a differentiated customer experience.

The base rate of pay for this role is $18.00-$20.00 per hour with a standard 45 hour work week, paid weekly. On an annualized basis this equates to $44,460-$49,400 per year
Compensation is based on qualifications and experience. Staples reserves the right to pay more or less.

Share responsibility as the “Manager on duty”, total store operations and other duties as assigned
Be flexible to perform other duties as needed or assigned
Essentialskills and experience:
2+ years leading a sales team in aretail or service environment
Experience leading a team in acustomer-centric, solutions-based environment
Must be able to engage and speak tocustomers and understand their needs
High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’sDegree preferred)
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, standand walk continuously
