Job Details The Electronic Medical Records Credentialed Trainer will actively train and support various electronic medical record programs and applications through muliple platforms. Develop and maintain curriculum and training materials throughout implementation, upgrades, and optimization. Assist users in developing best practices and optimization goals and ensure the system is providing the improved and desired level of patient care. Ongoing support and system maintenance is expected, as well as a deep and maintained understanding of system workflows. Training will be directed to employees, residents, physicians, and students in a classroom, online, and work-site settings. The end users will be both clinical and non-clinical. The incumbent will acquire knowledge regarding workflow and application functionality, policies and procedures, but will not be certified in the software applications taught. POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred Licensure/ Certification: EPIC training credentialing required Skills: Must be proficient in Google Chrome, MS Office, and Windows Operating System. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and ability to apply adult learning theory and methods to any learning situation. Experience with technical and clinical systems training, preferably EMR related. Curriculum design skills and ability to write business correspondence. Ability to manage time and multiple projects and assignments effectively without direct supervision. Experience: Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Previous working experience with an Electronic Medical Records System, clinical documentation system, or relevant clinical experience Salary Range USD $90,000.00 - USD $106,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
