This exciting opportunity is for a Project Manager experienced in construction related projects of various types. These projects include site work, building envelopes (roofing and building facades), residential housing renovations, mechanical systems, and other capital improvements. Each project represents a new opportunity to enhance the properties we serve with professionally managed contracting services.
This position reports directly to the VP/Facilities Director.
The right candidate will have experience with:
· Working collaboratively with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors
· Working with AIA contract documents, pay requisitions, budgets, Excel, Word and project management scheduling software
