CVS Health Strategic Product Marketing Manager in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Job Description

The Clinical Innovation marketing team is looking for a strategic product marketing manager to join the team. To be a great fit for this role, you should bring a passion for delivering market-defining health experiences using modern marketing tactics to help improve the health and wellbeing of our customers.If you are marketing leader that is inspired by the opportunity to make an impact in clinical categories such as oncology care, heart health and home health by bringing innovative new solutions to market, our team would love to hear from you!You will use B2B strategies to support the launch of new products across the CVS Health Enterprise, including our Health Care business, Pharmacy Benefits Management business and Retail. Sitting at the epicenter of innovation within CVS Health, success in this role requires an experienced operator and trusted teammate that thrives at the intersection of business stakeholders, customers, product design and marketing. You will help develop and execute strategic product marketing plans and to support internal businesses with channel strategies that promote awareness and adoption of clinical solutions. The strategic marketing manager is an omni-channel marketer that knows how to turn insights into marketing strategy, with a background in B2B marketing, digital, and B2C.Responsibilities:Create campaign goals and objectives, and compile briefs to support execution and implementation with our creative agencies Develop omni-channel acquisition marketing strategies that evolve through ongoing analysisLead cross-functional teams to drive, monitor and optimize marketing, enablement, awareness, and digital strategies across multiple market segments Create personas based on marketing insights and user research to help drive adoption and continued engagement Make channel acquisition plans and DTC/B2B strategies based on all available communication channels Participate in UX/UI user testing and translate results into better marketing and app experience

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, focused on marketing strategy and program execution (B2B and B2B2C)Strategic thinker who can excel alongside dynamic teams and experience presenting to senior leaders. You have experience leading multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Experience in Product, Marketing, Brand Management, Agencies, or Consulting roles

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field, or related experience
