Product Manager, NetSuite Cash Management

Preferred Qualifications

NetSuite has an exciting product management opportunity for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to build the next generation of cash management products. This individual, as a key member of the Product Management team, will be the go-to person for key portions of the product including defining business requirements, working with scrum teams to translate these into technical tasks and be responsible for overall delivery of product features in specified timelines.

An ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication, prioritization, team collaboration, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively define and drive the creation of new features that customers love.

  • Create use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements document that clearly articulate desired product functionality.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design and implementation is aligned with business requirements

  • Work with the development team, through agile methodologies, to solve identified business problems and driving development forward

  • Clearly define priorities at a high level as well as story by story

  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, customer and partner requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Must be a self-motivated team player

  • 3 years of product management experience required

  • Experience in building and shipping applications as a product manager for at least 2 product releases

  • Ability to gather complex customer requirements and translate requirements into a detail plan for execution

  • Experience with agile development methodologies

  • Experience in any of the following functional areas is a plus: Accounting, Order-to-Cash, Payments, Cashflow Forecasting

  • BA Business Administration or BS Engineering required. MBA a plus

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
