About the Role:
The Kichler Lighting sales team is seeking a Sales Administration Specialist. This role is responsible for processing builder incentives and providing reporting on program.
What You Will Do:
Complete and evaluate the processing of Builder incentives
Support key functions in the administration of the Showroom Loyalty Program
Partner with Customer Care and the Sales Team on the process and execution of incentive delivery to the Customer
Generate reports on key Departmental data requests
Evaluate and implement process and procedural improvement
What You Need to Succeed:
High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University preferred
Proven curiosity about Sales, particularly Sales Operations
Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills; sophisticated capabilities preferred
Ability to process analysis and understand relational data
Ability and willingness to adapt with changing processes and procedures
Proven strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Strong organizational skills, ability to balance multiple tasks with competing priorities
Self-starter with the ability to work well in a team environment
