U.S. Mint Management and Program Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia
This position is located in the United States Mint, Office of the Director, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Office of Policy and Analysis, Program Performance and Analysis Branch. The branch is responsible for improving the overall integration of the United States Mint’s planning and management control processes, developing processes for defining bureau strategic objectives and integrating them in the bureau programming and budgeting process.
Conditions of Employment
You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Applying program management principles to direct the day-to-day operations of an organization. Examples of such experience could include: Experience consulting with, making recommendations to and implementing solutions for management level staff; OR
Planning and operations to include growth management, cost control and savings; OR
Researching and interpreting directives or other authorities on governmental regulations; OR
Analyzing and interpreting established and purposed policies and procedures. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
