You are responsible for
Representation of the local business (commercial, Digi HUB, GBS and enabling functions) in regional HR team.
Covering the Poland’s workforce and collaborating with other HRMs in the CEER Region.
Being role model for our culture, living our values while supporting the activation of our desired culture in Markets and Businesses
Taking proactive measures to ensure that local managers and employees understand and are successful in engaging with HR products and services
Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Ensuring on execution of the HR policies and programs which applies to the different businesses they support as well as ensuring continuous improvement regarding: Full employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfer, development, off-boarding in collaboration with administration & payroll; Execute all global CoE programs (Performance, Talent, Workday, Learning, Rewards)
Follow local legislation/practices within the Poland Country including overseeing correct and timely delivery of payroll & administration cycles
Responsible for all local HR legislation tasks. Labor relations management (contacts with employee representative bodies if needed) and manage employee litigation as required to ensure full compliance and reduce exposure
You are a part of
HR CEER team and you will be cooperating closely with Local & Global managers, employees, HR Managers, Rewards, Internal Mobility & Performance Center of Expertise as well Talent Management team, local payroll provider, external local state offices.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A master’s degree with min. 7 years of experience within HR
Proven working experience as HR Manager
Thorough understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of Human Resources discipline
Knowledge of organization technology and tools
Good influencing and relationship building skills
People oriented and results driven
Good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
