The Role:

You will analyze customers business requirements and technical problems and act as a trusted advisor and as a person, who proposes and realizes solutions, which best fit to the demands of our clients. Our partners will benefit from your knowledge and experience.

  • Analyze customer requirements and assist them actively in optimizing their SAP business applications

  • Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the operational processes

  • Deliver high quality and ensure stable operations

Our Delivery Center is planning to enhance its capacities for professional delivery management of on-premise, cloud or hybrid customer engagements and is offering the position of an SAP ABAP and FIORI Development Consultant.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (or higher) in computer science, natural science, technical science or equivalent work experience

  • Intensive development experience in programming languages of SAP solutions (ABAP(OO), JavaScript)

  • Knowledge about programming paradigms for App creation and extensibility

  • Programming of CDS Views, OData Services

  • Experience of using Web IDE or SAP Business Application Studio (SBAS)

  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented way of working and effectiveness in problem-solving

  • Ability to work on the one hand self-dependent and on the other hand as a team-player in a virtual team

  • Customer First Mindset

  • Reputable behavior when communicating with customers, partners, and colleagues

  • Willingness for lifelong learning in combination with being curious about new technologies

  • Fluent German and English is a must, other languages a plus

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of Forms, such as SAPscript, Smartforms, Adobe Forms

  • Business Workflow, Workflow Management

  • SAP HANA database programming

  • Experience with usage of SAP Business Technology Platform

  • Knowing products of our partner OpenText


  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as developer in SAP projects

  • You are well versed in minimum one SAP application area, such as Logistics, Finance, HCM.

  • You are experienced in collaboration with either customers or business departments
