Acoustic L.P. Vice President of Product, Insights in United States

Acoustic is looking for a transformative, energetic, and dynamic VP OF PRODUCT to be a hands-on disruptive leader who will direct Product team efforts for a diverse portfolio of SaaS web applications.   • Be a disruptor and change agent across an evolving SaaS application ecosystem with a cloud-first approach across the enterprise, regardless of department.

  • Drive the Insights/Analytics product strategy and roadmap to ensure short-term and long-term business needs are met.

  • Partner with engineering, client delivery teams, and sales to align and prioritize current and future product development initiatives in support of our business objectives.

  • Motivate, inspire, mentor, and develop a large team of diverse individuals with a variety of experience levels and skill sets across multiple geographies.

  • Identify and define KPIs, metrics, and strategic goals for the team to set targets and drive performance.

  • Be a product evangelist, both inside and outside of Acoustic.

  • 10-15+ years of marketing products experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • 3-5 years driving application transition to cloud for SaaS and OTS oriented applications

  • 8-10 years in Marketing and Advertising industry. Familiarity with products that work in both adtech and martech landscapes, including data management lifecycles, anonymization and identity best practices, data orchestration and integration at channel level.

  • Understanding of regulated data environment laws, policies and processes to build, architect and deploy applications that host first, second, and third party data. Familiar with audit and controls for GDPR, CCPA, FCRA and HITRUST.

  • Experience managing teams where members are both onshore and offshore across multiple geographies

  • Experience assessing, identifying and implementing critical processes, tools and methodologies across a diverse portfolio of products and product teams.

  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions from multiple perspectives and levels of involvement, including evaluation, integration, and transformation of acquired assets. Must have experience with defining and implementing an M&A strategy.

  • Strong, executive level communication and interpersonal skills

  • Superior knowledge and experience in enterprise level marketing applications, architecture, and best practices in SaaS application development

  • Extensive experience unifying and developing high performance product teams in a rapid transformation environment
