Create enablement programs to educate technical resources (pre and post sales) at Ping partner organizations.
Develop content to support the enablement programs.
Train partners to identify opportunities, position Ping solutions and implement our technology.
Curate tools and make partner friendly (such as demos, trial environments, etc.) to foster excitement in partner organizations.
You will report to the Director of Technical Enablement and actively participate in partner and technical enablement team programs.
A deep working knowledge of identity software, standards and ecosystem. Prefer those familiar with Ping solutions
5+ years experience in a Sales Engineering or Professional Services role at a software or SaaS company
Prefer experience selling or servicing Fortune 1,000 organizations.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Postman
A passion for adult learning
A love for simplifying technical principles and break down concepts
Experience building training materials in multiple media (presentations, videos and written materials)
