POSITION OVERVIEW

The Talent Team Coordinator serves as a member of the Talent Team in partnership and support with the Talent Advisors and customer groups. Customer groups extend across multiple states and include managers and leaders throughout CDCN. Team member will be responsible for scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings, providing ATS support, and typical admin support. The person in this role will support the Talent Advisors and be a forward-thinking problem solver. This role requires strong administrative and technical skills to provide solutions and support to the team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Research available times for the Talent Advisors, candidates, and hiring team to coordinate and plan candidate interviews

  • Review job postings for accuracy while ensuring that positions are posted and unposted in a timely fashion

  • Assist with managing the candidate relationship throughout the hiring process

  • Act as the team reporting expert to provide data-driven solutions to the Talent Advisors in the hiring process

  • Provide general administrative support on meetings and maintains organization for the team

  • Support our mission and values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence throughout the hiring process

  • Manage a repository of support documents and knowledge centers for talent acquisition systems and processes

  • Promote cultural sensitivity and supports/promotes hiring a diverse workforce

  • Stay abreast of market changes, new tools, and resources

  • Comply with all laws, regulations, and requirements around hiring

  • May be involved in special projects in relation to HR and Talent Acquisition

  • Have an understanding that working in a remote environment includes increased communication, self-discipline, and time management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years working in an administrative function

  • Experience with scheduling meetings and keeping organized notes

  • Proficiency in Internet browsers and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience working with OneNote a plus

  • Interest in Talent Acquisition and branding through social media

  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.

  • This position requires sufficient internet access provided by the employee.
