Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Surface Ship Readiness Program, Surface Ship Directorate of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. Salary Range by Location: Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania $ $124,583 - $190,500 Pt. Hueneme, CA: $142,094 - $191,900 Washington Navy Yard, DC: $139,395 - $191,900 San Diego, CA $139,395 - $191,900 Responsibilities You will serve as the Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) / Product Support Manager (PSM) for HM and E Systems Sustainment efforts within PMS 443. You will work directly with the PMS 443 HM and E Systems Product Support Director to align all efforts to centrally manage and improve sustainment of assigned critical HM and E systems throughout their life cycle. You will work with various activities to establish product support strategies and priorities to improve operational availability (AO) of assigned critical HM and E systems. You will organize and support HM and E System Sustainment meetings/forums. You will act as a primary interface between the platform "in-service" and "new construction" programs, working closely with both teams to advocate for assigned critical (HM and E) system sustainment products. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (NH-3) or grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Integrated Product Support (IPS) operations to ensure the life cycle, sustainment, or availability of ship systems or equipment. Education Additional Information The NH-04 pay band is equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15 grade levels. This position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-15, step 05 which is currently equivalent to $166,079 (Mechanicsburg, PA) / $189,422 (Pt. Hueneme, CA) / $185,824 (Washington Navy Yard, DC) / 185,532 (San Diego). If your current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched.
