SEO Academic Content Writer (Contract) is dedicated to making education easily accessible and highly valuable. Our  SEO Academic Content Writer work to improve existing lesson content by enhancing SEO elements and adding valuable instructional information. SEO Academic Content Writers synthesize keyword data and other SEO information, using their knowledge and judgment to make lessons both more easily discoverable and higher-quality. SEO Academic Content Writer's are expected to:

  • Add sections or sentences to existing content

  • Amend headers to meet SEO standards

  • Add valuable keywords into existing content


  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree

  • You have very strong writing skills and English fluency

  • You have familiarity with online educational content  

  • You’re committed to providing high-quality, accurate information  

  • You have a working knowledge of online research methods 

  • You have excellent communication skills and are responsive and collaborative 

    Preferred qualifications

  • You have developed online academic course or lesson content 

  • You have 1-3 years' teaching experience at the middle school, high school and/or college level

  • You have experience with HTML, Wiki code, Latex, or imaging software
