POSITION OVERVIEW

Aspirus Riverview Hospital and Aspirus Doctor's Clinic in Wisconsin Rapids, WI are

currently seeking Part-time and Full-time Entrance Screener/Greeters* *who are responsible

for providing a first impression to all of our guests. The Screener/Greeter will greet and

screen those entering an Aspirus facility for COVID-19 symptoms. The Screener/Greeter

also provides a wheelchair when needed and maintains safe traffic control at the front

entrance. General responsibilities include:

? Greeting arriving and departing guests and offering door assistance if appropriate.

? Assisting customers in and out of vehicle as needed.

? Providing wheelchair assistance as needed.

? Transporting patients within the building when required.

? Maintaining communication with the front desk staff and volunteer escorts.

? Summoning help in the event of an emergency.

? Accessing and/or printing organization forms, policies and plans as needed.

? Using the Intranet and Aspirus website to look up physician and clinic information in order to assist patient and guests.

? Taking the temperature of each person entering the facility.

? Ensuring right to privacy and confidentiality of anyone who presents with COVID-19 symptoms.

? Understanding existing visitation and other relevant policies and having the ability to educate patients and visitors to ensure compliance of such policies.

? Ensuring screening area is set-up with clinical waste bags, patient information, as per addendum.

? Implementing full infection control precautions, including sanitizing hands before donning necessary PPE and safely disposing of all PPE.

? Maintaining safe distance between individuals in line for screening.

EDUCATION

Candidates should possess one or more of the following:

? High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
