Job Description

Conduent is currently recruiting for a professional, consultative and energetic recruiter. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter driven by challenge; one who thinks “outside the box” and has a natural inclination towards continuous improvement while managing relationships with candidates, clients, team members and leadership.

The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, from cold call to close. This will be achieved through the effective development and follow-through of recruiting plans. Having an innovative, creative mindset to address difficult to fill needs across a specific business vertical is required.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting including, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, and in some cases, the hiring decision.

  • Manage a wide range of high-volume requisitions including Customer Service.

  • Develop innovative strategies around finding top talent; creating best practices around upon proven success of new strategies.

  • Ability to research, analyze and leverage data to understand and deliver a story of the business while providing direction to candidates and hiring managers.

  • Independently manage a robust pipeline of candidates and to identify potential synergies within Conduent’ s ATS

  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in recruiting practices while implementing processes and strategies to deliver consistent results.

  • Conduct video interviews

  • Meet weekly with manager to go over pipeline and make recommendations and/or adjustments as needed.

  • Solid focus on transparency and accountability

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience

  • Strong experience with an ATS; iCIMS strongly preferred

  • Proven candidate relationship building skills

  • Excellent MS Office and presentation skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

  • Ability to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to on-boarding.

  • Excellent database management and record keeping habits

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
