We provide class leading systems, process development, and applications know-how as the industry's unique supplier of Laser, High Speed EDM, ECM & Grinding solutions. Winbro has a state of the art aerospace approved part manufacturing facility in Rock Hill, SC.

We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our growing company, seeking to fill indirect hire roles immediately.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • CMM & Optical Inspection Technician

  • Create new and/or improve existing data logging functions between machine and engineering portal to be used for process analysis.

  • Learn to use various inspection machines and modify programs as required to improve operator ease of use and efficiency.

  • Work with manufacturing team to support continuous improvements for shop floor and inspection department (software tools/aids, fixturing concepts, process flow improvements and reduce paperwork where applicable).

  • Calibration:

  • Maintain the ‘Tooling Register’ of all Calibrated Equipment at LLC – Ensuring everything maintains Calibration Status.

  • Define the Calibration requirement for all Tooling, Fixtures, Measuring Equipment etc.

  • Be responsible for any outsourced / sub-contracted Calibration requirements.

  • Ensure timely completion of all Internally calibrated equipment (machines & tools)

  • Quality System Apprentice:

  • Support Quality Manager with day-to-day activities for data collections and analysis related to various parts of our business.

  • Learn our Quality system and how it relates to various customer requirements.

  • Direct Involvement with Internal and External Audits as they are scheduled.

    To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager on a permanent/temporary basis.


  • US Citizen or Green card holder

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task and deal with a varied workload

  • IT literate around Microsoft packages
