Symantec Account Manager 3 in United States

  • Meet and exceed sales quota for a set number of named accounts.

  • Responsible for the Symantec sales and business relationship with the customer.

  • Using CRM, responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities

  • Develop and implement specific customer account and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives

  • Manage overall relationships in a given client portfolio, looking for new prospects and generating pipeline

  • Plan strategy and development of accounts assigned to ensure growth together with the client

  • Execute sustainable plans that help deliver business goals

  • Provide consultative approaches to help clients optimize their Cyber Security spending

  • Work as a team and lead the account strategy, identify and resolve issues, recommend compromises, prepare contracts and price sheets, and coordinate the execution of final agreements

  • Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go to market strategies

  • Customer Development (creating demand, customer needs analysis, relationships building)

  • Develop strategic relationships with named accounts within the allocated sector with responsibility for developing a target account list.

  • Create strategic deals to ensure that Symantec builds long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10 years+ of relevant demonstrated sales account management experience in the IT Networking and Security Space.

  • Should have experience in selling in Mid Mkt companies.

  • Good team work spirit and communication skill.
