DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and driven SAP Basis Engineer - Archiving to become a part of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • SAP BASIS maintenance and monitoring

  • Change request (ChaRM) & transport management

  • Incidents & service requests management (SNow)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Archiving experience

  • Understanding

  • Configuration of the archiving objects

  • Planning and execution of the archiving jobs

  • Solving the performance and execution issues

  • Monitoring of the archiving jobs

  • SAP BASIS - NW as ABAP (S4HANA Platform) & NW as JAVA, Webdisp, Content Servers

  • Administration & maintenance (including system, client copy and migration)

  • Backup & restore

  • Tuning of the ABAP & JAVA parameters

  • SAP HANA, SAP ASE (administration and maintenance)

  • Backup & restore

  • Index & partitioning management

  • Administration and tuning of the DB parameters

  • DB Update

  • Data growth analysis (DVM)

  • Performance analysis

  • ABAP/JAVA

  • HANA & ASE DB

  • Very good level of English language

NICE TO HAVE

  • SAP Solution manager (CHARM, System monitoring, EWA)

  • Knowledge in GRC, ACP, SLT, BW4HANA, S4HANA, OpenText

  • Know how of Third party backup tools (Commvault)

  • Single Sign On - Kerberos, X509, SAML, oAuth (Okta, SLS)

  • Understanding about Network, firewalls and how to troubleshoot

  • Understanding of SAP BTP, Data Intelligence, SAP Analytics cloud
