Inside Product Specialist 4 (IS5) - Enterprise Infrastructure Dell Branded APOS Upgrades

The vision for this Enterprise Infrastructure Dell Branded Specialist Upgrades representative is to be a leading Salesperson for complex account sets in the North American region (US & Canada). Drives all interactions with primary customers, relevant stakeholders, account teams, fulfillment teams, pricing teams, product line managers, all needed to mature an opportunity from a need, to a confirmed shipped sale of our Upgrades product. The expectation is to take full ownership of all related tasks that enable or impede the sale and over communicate with customers and leadership to help close each deal thru fruition.

What you’ll achieve

Our S5 level is considered the highest level tier of individual contributor sales role within our Organization; Thus this expectation will include taking additional ownership to help enable feedback sharing, following up on business ideas to maximize outcomes on critical needs, and over-share best practices to assist peers and like-for-like sales roles in the org.

You will:

  • Provides direction and guidance/mentor to less experienced team members and coaches other in closing complex deals

  • Advanced level specialized sales representative, influencing how others engage and interact across the segment

  • Present to core (inside/outside/leaders) on business initiatives with regular cadence

  • Understands and leverages solutions and can explain how complex multi-faceted solutions will benefit the overall business

  • Most senior trusted advisor to the account team(s) in providing clear understanding and awareness of the benefit of all new products and services offered and the most complex and advanced solutions

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree

  • Advanced level of competency in providing total solutions and providing cross segment teamwork

  • Advanced English level
