As a Cybersecurity Manager you will lead a team that responses to diverse and highly complex digital security problems, overseeing techniques and advocating for effective cybersecurity solutions.

What you’ll achieve
The Manager 2, Account Management Services will be adaptable and fast-moving, with the ability to independently lead projects in addition to being responsible for daily activities that ensure the overall health of the organization from an administrative and staff management perspective.
Manage the day-to-day Account Management Operations activities for a global support team
Handle escalations and highly sensitive access related requests
Ensure 24/7 support for account issues, privileged access, and token related incidents that impede business productivity
Contribute to functional strategy and provide roadmap planning input
Recommend changes to cyber security policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s)
Develop a highly motivated team, driven to innovate and deliver capabilities in an agile fashion.
Manage staffing capacity, ensure proper workload-capacity balancing.
Manage Team Productivity and capacity utilization, ensure consistent utilization.
Process oriented and metrics driven execution - adopt ITIL/ITSSM and Agile/iterative models for capability delivery.
Results driven: Aggressive focus on results and demonstrating improvements in capability maturity year after year.
Regularly interact with senior leadership and internal customers

Advanced understanding of technology and cybersecurity key concepts
Advanced ability to influence
Advanced communication and presentation skills working with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
8+ years of Information Security experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Prior experience in a 24x7x365 operations environment
Prior people management/leadership experience with proven experience to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
Excellent project management, problem solving, and communication skills with the ability to execute under a high degree of urgency
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSSM, Agile methodologies and common Metrics.
CISSP, CISM or other advanced security certifications are a plus
