Are you a talented Solution Architect with hands-on experience in Alfresco? EPAM is seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of a cutting-edge centralization platform for documents and records. Your Alfresco expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing effective & efficient solutions that cater to our clients' needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide hands-on expertise and leadership in engineering and solution architecture for the documents & records domain using Alfresco

• Lead technical discussions, guiding team members on best practices, industry solutions, standards and technical designs, ensuring alignment with Swiss Re Enterprise Architecture and IT governance

• Collaborate with IT Teams and customers to seamlessly integrate the solution with 250+ existing systems

• Define the target solution architecture, offering technical recommendations to achieve a global and compliant document and records management platform

• Validate vendor responses, conduct technology assessments, review proposals and collaborate with the core team and third-party providers to deliver business value

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience implementing & managing records management solutions, using Alfresco

• Domain expertise in API Integrations, microservices and full-stack knowledge (preferably with Azure Solution Architect certification)

• Proficiency in Angular, C#, JS and .NetCore

• Expert skill in Alfresco Development Framework, prior experience with Documentum is a plus

• Functional knowledge in Documents/Records Management is helpful

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, microservice architecture and containers is beneficial

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

• English level – B2 and higher
