What you’ll achieve

You will evaluate business opportunities for ways to positively impact brand equity, business sales and profitability. You will also build strong team dynamics, clear up ambiguity and influence the highest levels of the organization.

You will be responsible for cross-functional management of specific services portfolio they provide subject matter expertise to services stakeholders and sales teams. Using technical and industry experience they formulate product/ solution strategies, assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs. Working across functional areas to implement product/ solution strategies, analyse markets to determine opportunities and work with product development managers to ensure regional customer needs and requirements are represented.

You will influence and present the services roadmap, pricing strategy and sales go to market for the assigned services portfolio. You are the subject matter expert for internal and external product events, including preparation for customer events, sales training, communication materials and partner meetings.

You will:

  • Work extensively withProduct Group & Marketingto build product/ solutions marketing plans and drive them through the organization.

  • Collaborate with other Marketing Product Consultants, Services Sales, Services PreSales, Services delivery, BU Leaders and Hardware CoC colleagues to align services integration

  • Leads requirements gathering and management; provides advanced interpretation and recommendations

  • Manages and supports products through their entire life cycle, makes decisions regarding enhancements throughout the lifecycle until product End of Life (EOL).

  • Drives new product launches and schedules for a successful regional launch

  • Integrates deep subject matter expertise for the services portfolio and SME for external and internal product events

  • Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals.

  • Portfolio Training; design regional training & marketing integration planning

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, field marketing or other relevant marketing roles

  • Management and relationship skills and high ability to influence in a matrix environment

  • Ability to travel if required for customer / sales events

  • A premier communicator with exemplary writing skills and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive

  • Understand macro-business economics and be able to build actionable business plans and prioritize and categorize in complex and highly matrixed environments.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience speaking/presenting to stakeholders

  • Multicultural profile: able to understand necessities from other regions/countries. Desirable but not essential to be fluent in additional European languages other than English
