Retail Account Manager

What you’ll achieve

As a Retail Account Manager, you will drive activities that increase the sale of products and positive customer experiences, working with stores within a territory to drive productivity goals.

You will:

• Manage a small number of lower complexity stores in a defined geography

• Gain access to and manage relationships with Channel partners at store level in the given geographical area

• Coordinate onsite operational activities for the assigned partner

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge of the breadth of Dell Technologies offerings

• Good interpersonal skills and customer focus

• Ability to build good customer and partner relationships

• Experience with dealing with retail/channel partners

Desirable Requirements

• 2–4 years relevant experience

工作职责:

1)负责区域内的销售工作,分解销售任务,完成销售指标。

2)对区域内行业客户进行分类,做好渠道发展规划,大力拓展渠道代理商,建立及管理渠道代理商体系。

3)收集区域内行单信息,跟进项目,做好行单报备及保护,确保行单落地。

4)及时处理渠道问题,协调解决代理商反映的情况,妥善处理客户投诉 。

5)协调配合各职能部门的工作事项,团结同事。

要求:

1)大专以上学历,1-4年的工作经验要求

2)熟悉当地IT市场,有IT厂商及分销商工作经验优先

3)具备较强的沟通能力、执行能力、时间管理能力及自我驱动力

4)熟练使用办公软件,具备基本的英语能力
