Position Overview:
THP is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator on a short term basis to support planning and coordination of activities across THP Solutions, the research, innovation and novel health solutions engine at THP. Reporting to the Manager of THP Solutions, the Project Coordinator will have a priority focus on developing and supporting multiple projects within the division and supporting coordination and planning activities within the division as well. This role will have exposure to high-profile projects involving stakeholders internal to THP and also outside the organization and will be instrumental in supporting the development of the division in the near term as key recruitments are finalized. This role will require collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including senior management, scientists, research staff, and private sector key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project coordination and divisional support to the Project Manager, THP Solutions and Manager, THP Solutions, as well as key members of the THP Solutions management team across multiple projects and work
Support projects and project documentation including, project plans, meeting agendas and preparing presentations
Support the engagement and communication with stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood
Flag and report any issues or barriers associated with a project to your leader
Perform cross-functional and other duties consistent with job classification as assigned / requested
Skills & Qualifications:
Successful completion of either a university degree or college diploma in business, clinical/health informatics, or health-related discipline
Ideally 1-3 years of experience in healthcare environments such as hospitals, government or private sector
Excellent organizational, time management and project coordination skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Superior analytical and problem solving abilities
Effective interpersonal communications and ability to successfully build relationships with senior leaders, scientists, frontline clinicians and business partners
