The Customer Relationship & Solutions Management (CRSM) is the driving force for building strong, strategic partnerships with our customers. Working in collaboration with our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams in TELUS Business Solutions (TBS), CRSM drives sustainable growth through thought leadership, innovative solutions and a best-in-class experience for business customers across all market segments.

In support of CRSM and our partners, the Strategic PMO team leverages best practices, collaboration, and thought leadership to drive strategic planning and execution, program management, communication and business intelligence initiatives.

You'll use your stellar relationship-building skills to partner with leaders inside of CRSM and throughout TBS. You’ll drive the process of strategy creation and lead our efforts to drive the most critical programs in support of our strategic roadmap. With the support of our leadership you will help amplify and accelerate key programs that will enable us to realize the transformational opportunity ahead of us.

Here's how

The CRSM Strategic Project Management Office is responsible for creating team strategy and driving execution on key programs and initiatives for nearly 400 team members. Your job is to focus on what matters most and help facilitate and coordinate the efforts of leadership towards establishment of the project portfolio definition, its structure and processes. From demand management and strategic alignment of projects and programs, to execution, tracking and measuring the achieved results.

This isn’t just about governance and oversight, but about meaningfully adding value and helping to drive the best outcomes. You can expect to roll up your sleeves and work side by side with your peers towards shared goals. In any given week you can expect to lead a diverse set of priorities – from driving EBITDA improvement through growth and efficiency initiatives, to customer experience improvements, to team engagement activities.

  • Define program scope, deliverables, project plans and oversee programs focusing on change management to successfully implement and sustain change that will drive and improvement to profitability and strategic programs within CRSM

  • Lead strategic analysis and provide trusted expertise to synthesize results into key insights and actions that support the decision making processes of the CRSM Leadership Team

  • Work across departments to ensure progress against various initiatives: support process excellence deployment, communication, benefits tracking, and governance

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, compelling visuals and messages appropriate for the audience including leadership and executive-level presentations

  • Build strong and collaborative relationships to transform strategy into flawless, cross-functional execution and manage progress to deliver on target

  • Investigate, analyze and make recommendations based on benchmarking exercises and support the implementation of best practices related to transformation

  • Broad knowledge of organization and understanding of telecommunications/TBS

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think outside of the box

  • Known for bringing spirit of teamwork and collaboration to everything you do

  • Skilled in proactively seeking and initiating opportunities to positively impact TBS EBITDA

  • Agile learner with the ability to operate at the intersections of big ideas and small details, thinking and doing, boldness and humility, leading and following


  • University Degree, preferably a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years leading a team of direct reports with a track record of exceptional people leadership, including strong recruiting, developing, and talent management abilities

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, programs and stakeholder groups

  • Strong understanding of standard project management methodologies, principles and practices, processes and tools

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
