Privacy Process Engineering Specialist (Sr. Advisor)

Panama / Brazil

Join us as a Privacy Process Automation Specialist on our Marketing Strategy & Operations team in Panama and Brazil to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As Privacy Process Specialist, you will be part of the Dell Privacy Center of Excellence team. You will support the development and implementation of solutions to drive efficient and compliant processes. Your work will help to ensure that all of Dell Technologies operates in compliance with Dell’s global privacy standards and advocates for best in class privacy customer experiences that drive value to our customers and Dell.

You will:

  • Assess existing workflows, identify gaps and pain points, and assist in the design of scalable, best practice processes

  • Partner with cross functional teams to solution requirements for simplifying, standardizing and automating privacy business processes

  • Assess opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to provide recommendations

  • Coordinate and participate in SME and stakeholder workshops to validate and refine solutions

  • Develop process solutions to add efficiencies or reduce compliance risk

Exceptional problem-solving and communications skills in English

Proven process design and optimization experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Proficiency working with databases and understanding of database architecture

  • Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse team members

  • Consulting experience or BPM certification a plus
