Marketing & Investor Relations Coordinator

DAY TO DAY: • Work proactively with entire team - most often the capital markets group, transactions group, and senior management team - to identify marketing opportunities and conceptualize the necessary marketing materials to take advantage of such opportunities. • Collaborate with and manage third-party marketing materials production firm (“marketing vendor”) to produce marketing materials. Experience creating marketing materials and ability to create and edit marketing materials a plus. • Write and distribute press releases with content input from various team members and working closely with the COO on final content. • Managing existing relationships and develop new relationships with industry publications and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness. • Manage third-party website firm (“website vendor”) to keep website up to date regarding corporate information, press releasees, consistency with other marketing materials, etc. Previous website creation experience a plus. • Manage all social media on behalf of the company (LinkedIn). • Produce materials internally or leverage marketing vendor as appropriate to develop quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting packages for outside investors. • Distribute investor reporting as appropriate including through third-party web-based investor portal. • Manage investor portal. • Set up new investors on the investor portal as investors are onboarded by other team members. • Post all investor communications to investor portal including financial statements, investment performance reports, and capital call notices. • Field incoming investor relations calls and coordinate with various team members to develop responses.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE: -5+ years of experience with creating marketing content -Managing & creating social media, press releases, and reporting content -Experience collaborating with vendors and internal team members to understand the content they want before creation. (making their picture/vision come to life) -Team-oriented and collaborate demeanor -Energetic and positive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues -Professional written and oral communications -Knowledge of Microsoft office products (especially PowerPoint)

NICE TO HAVE: -Experience in designing marketing graphics/material -Experience developing/managing social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. -Adobe InDesign experience
