Field Service Technician

Your Challenge:

Provide installation, field repair and support to Laetus customers. Be the face of Laetus at the customer, representing all the Laetus values. Make the customer smile through your interpersonal skills and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and qualification of Laetus products at customer production facilities

• Follow up customer installations with service interventions to ensure maximum uptime

• Perform preventative maintenance on Laetus products.

• Drive service revenue through identification and communication of after sales leads while at customer site.

• Ensure that internal performance targets are met

• Conduct training at customer site

• Ensure appropriate Health & Safety standards are adhered to

• Ensuring project documentation is correctly completed and submitted / stored according to Laetus policy

• Completing service reports on-site and ensuring these are submitted for invoicing where required.

• Completion of travel expenditure / reports

Education and Background Experience

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering or 5+ years of engineering / field service experience with direct customer focus

• Fluent in French and English

• Profound knowledge in the area of electrical and / or control engineering

• Good knowledge in handling PC based systems as well as in network and software administration

• Knowledge in packaging machinery (pharma industry or vision systems) would be helpful

• Commercial awareness and focus

• Driven by achievement and results
