The Package Application Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining the organizations application performance processes, procedures, and doctrine.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, documenting, and implementing the processes and procedures to increase application performance

  • Identifying and implementing any tools related to application performance.

  • Monitoring and maintaining the organizations performance test capability.

    Basic Qualifications

  • Relational Data modeling — 3+ years

  • Experience for 2+ years in 2 or more of the following o Business Intelligence o Data Warehouses o Reporting o Analytics o Cube Design o Data Architecture o Relational Data Modeling

  • Experience in all phases of the system development life cycle (SDLC) — 5+ years

    Preferred skills

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

  • Experience with MS.Net, ASP .Net

  • Experience with SAP R/3 with SAP Business Warehouse

  • Experience managing off-shore resources
