Autodesk is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our Marketing Optimization practice and Marketing Operations and Technology team (MOT). MOT empowers marketing and sales to deliver personalized customer experiences powered by data, scaled by automation, and optimized by analytics. The team is currently leading Autodesk marketing in a transformation towards omnichannel, customer centric marketing and this role will be integral in this transformation.
The Omnichannel Marketing Optimization Manager will drive impact by providing optimization strategy, action-oriented data analysis, and actively leading testing approach & implementation. You will need to be an effective communicator who thinks strategically, works collaboratively and is driven by data.
Works with marketing leads to drive the optimization strategy for customer journeys
Leads conversations and develops project proposals to optimize marketing performance; can lead execution when applicable
Provides in depth analysis of marketing channels to have a holistic understanding of effectiveness of the omnichannel experience
Drives strategy, implementation, and analysis of testing (A/B, multivariate) to drive performance lifts
Involved in the customer journey strategy to ensure that marketing programs are built with digital best practices and continues to provide updates as journeys evolve and change
Evangelizes findings, inspiring markers to adopt data-proven strategies, and helping teams execute them effectively
Keeps up with industry trends for marketing, optimization, and analytics; helps the team mature in the offerings provided
Understands new platforms and technologies that Autodesk is onboarding to help improve the operations of the company. Ability to speak to marketing platforms utilized by the company
Comfortable working with a global team
Self-starter who is excited to establish the Optimization practice in the omnichannel realm for Autodesk
Fully manages their work and stakeholder relationship
5+ years of experience, preferably in roles combining analytics, marketing and strategy, preference to eCommerce experience
Experience working with omnichannel customer journeys
Strong understanding across the entire digital marketing ecosystem and related KPIs
Experience optimizing marketing programs across the full buyer’s journey
Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into a story for business & marketing stakeholders
Expertise with email analytics, web analytics and A/B testing tools
Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation, the use of behavioral triggers and digital media buying
Ability to succeed in a large, highly-collaborative, cross-functional organization
Prior knowledge of the current MarTech stack is a bonus (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketo, ContentSquare)
Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Stats, or a related field
Target Pay For this Position (Colorado) - $ 90k - $115k
