Overview
Manager Pharmacy
As our Manager of Pharmacy at The Woodlands Facility, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you'll be responsible for leading activities of the pharmacy department by managing medication use processes, collaborating with hospital staff, medical staff and patients to facilitate safe and effective medication management.
Your success in this role comes from your knowledge of Pharmacy operations and management.
The Woodlands Hospital is a 245 bed non-profit facility providing quality health care to patients and communities in and around The Woodlands, Texas. Responsibilities
Oversees management and staff development and evaluation of staff competencies and performance
Develops and Implements goals and objective
Leads Quality, Strategic, and Operational planning
Develops, revises, reviews, interprets, and Implements policies and procedures
Works closely with Pharmacy Managers and Coordinators to facilitate processes and meet department goals and objective
Qualifications
Master's Degree
Texas licensure as a registered pharmacist
Five (5) years of inpatient pharmacy management in a largehospital. Experience with physicians and executive leadership.

Pay Range
$59.53 - $86.32 /hour
