Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Description

• Receive collections from a portfolio list assigned.

• Account reconciliation within those portfolio accounts.

• Resolve disputes and figure out plans to facilitate payments.

• Track customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights.

• Review accounts for releasing lien rights.

• Assist with payment application as needed.

• Make outbound and answer inbound calls to/from customers.

• Perform other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.

Hard Skills

  • Experience handling B2B collections

  • Managing portfolios of people

  • Knowledge of construction preliminary notices, liens, and releases preferred

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is an on-site position in Tempe, Arizona, offering a hybrid schedule after the training period.
