Benefits Call Center Agent

Position will be -Work from Home

$17.00 p/hour

Shift will be between 10:00am-7:00 pm EST Mon-Friday

About the Benefits call center Representative role:

As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks.You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients' success.

Job Description:

  • Answering inbound calls from members regarding health insurance benefits.

  • Work to provide solutions to customer inquiries.

  • Consult members of current benefit plans.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience.

  • Call Center experience.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding.

  • Able to work independently.

  • Report issues timely.

  • Candidate should be somewhat tech savvy, meaning able to trouble shoot common issues.

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

  • Healthcare and Welfare Background related experience preferred.

  • Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening

  • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program.
