Vector Solutions is seeking CRM Administrator to maintain the CRM system, write reports using MS SQL Server and support internal team members. This is a position which provides data to the sales and operations teams on an ongoing basis.

  • Hands-on customer support and application troubleshooting.

  • Provide guidance for enhancements and automation of CRM to support Sales Force Automation, Marketing, and Customer Service.

  • Configuration & customization of MS Dynamics CRM based on company requirements.

  • Installation and integration of 3rd party plug-ins and middleware applications.

  • Developing workflows based on company defined processes.

  • Extending MS CRM web functionality for external user access.

  • Maintaining, administer, and backup the CRM solution.

  • Creating reports (using MS CRM reporting and SSRS).

  • Import lists from various sources using Scribe.

  • Data import/export for calling / dialer campaigns

  • Must be organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests.

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

  • Strong understanding of the platform.

  • Experience in an Agile development environment.

  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.

  • Strong Data Management Abilities.



  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical area or equivalent.

  • 2-5 years of application support experience and MS SQL Server experience.


  • Any Microsoft .net development experience a plus.
