JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Payments - Implementation Project Manager in Tampa, Florida
As an individual contributor on the Client Access Transmissions Implementations Team, the candidate will be responsible for on-boarding clients on the Client Access Host to Host Gateway. The platform is utilized as an access method for clients that want to send/receive financial data with JPMC securely over the Internet utilizing industry standard internet protocols such as SFTP and AS2. This will necessitate working closely with our internal Global Implementations teams and external clients to identify appropriate connectivity protocols and subsequent setup to meet the client's needs. The candidate will also be responsible for providing on-call support on rotational schedule for supporting H2H Enterprise Releases, connectivity consultation and 3rd level production support to client service teams.
Support set up and maintenance of client and internal file deliveries
Use tracking tools and systems consistently and accurately to document current status, issues, and risks for all active projects
Establish test environments, execute file delivery testing, , track test results, and assist with issue resolution
Serve as an effective point of escalation on behalf of client and/or business partner
Support client migrations to alternate platform
Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and product knowledge
Provide support to team colleagues when requested; be seen as a subject matter expert for products supported
Attend and demonstrate knowledge and value on calls with business partners
Identify and communicate process gaps and improvements opportunities; express willingness to own improvement initiatives; recognized by partners as a process expert with ability to drive improvements
Adhere to all JPMorgan Chase department policy and procedures
BA/BS degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience with industry standard internet protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2)
Works well is team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both clients and internal partners
Basic Project Management skills required
Ability to manage high work queue levels and effectively prioritize is required
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required
Effective issue resolution and escalation skills; must be able to recognize issues and their severity; escalate to appropriate individuals/functions and own those that are appropriate
Ability to mobilize internal resources to resolve issues
Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a high pressure, competing-priority work environment
Proficient in various desktop and internet-based applications
Able to work in a collaborative team environment and partner with colleagues
Connect Direct/NDM experience is a plus.
