You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Vendor Relations team manages multiple vendors with onshore and offshore resources that provide information technology operational services to PwC. You’ll assist the team by handling all day to day communication, drafting engagement documents, and maintaining operational quality from vendors.

This role will be part of a team of ServiceNow subject matter experts focused on ensuring platform products are at a baseline capability for a PwC Network firm’s minimum viable product adoption. This role will also support efforts to mature platform products through crawl – walk – run – fly maturity models and will be a key contributor to service communication channel coordination.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Coordinating and/or playing a key role in ServiceNow product support, implementation, or process ownership;

  • Possessing experience with business change and community champion programs involving the ServiceNow platform;

  • Maintaining knowledge of product enhancements, vendor road maps, and product user community discussions;

  • Supporting stakeholders and customers through product releases and platform upgrades;

  • Performing data analysis to build actions plans toward ServiceNow product adoption aligned to PwC Technology strategy;

  • Maintaining and improving stakeholder communication channels (Sharepoint, distribution groups, etc)

  • Coordinating and collaborating with a diverse global team to achieve outcomes;

  • Understanding technology process area accepted industry leading practices and ServiceNow product management industry leading practices;

  • Coordinating or supporting product updates and changes to the platform;

  • Aligning with product support including knowledge sharing and maturation of product support model;

  • Assessing platform upgrades for new features and enhancements;

  • Participating in product backlog refinement;

  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps;

  • Collaborating with external partners, third party suppliers, and internal teams as needed to properly develop and maintain owned product(s);

  • Communicating and presenting business and technical information cogently to a wide variety of audiences;

  • Managing service financials, service stakeholders, and service roadmaps; and,

  • Managing the demand pipeline for a large ServiceNow platform to deliver value chain to a diverse and dynamic global customer base.
